How often will my subscription orders ship?
Your automatic renewal schedule is based on the product you selected:
- 2-month delivery: A 2-month supply auto-shipped every 2 months
- 4-month delivery: A 2-month supply auto-shipped every 4 months
- 6-month delivery: A 6-month supply auto-shipped every 6 months
Note: The monthly supply is based on the recommended dosage and may vary depending on your usage.
You can manage and make changes to future orders in your subscription dashboard at any time before auto-renewals take place.
Why am I unable to apply a discount to my subscription item?
Discount codes aren’t applicable to subscriptions since they already come at a lower price.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your subscription dashboard (Manage Your Subscription). Please note that any updates you make will only affect future orders, not those that have already been processed. To avoid your next auto-renewal, make sure to update your subscription at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal time. Once an order has been processed, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Can I use Minnie products while breastfeeding?
Certain ingredients in our products, particularly those with high levels of vitamin D, require caution during breastfeeding. For your safety, please consult your doctor before using any natural health products, including those from Minnie.
Is it safe to use Minnie products during pregnancy?
While many expectant mothers incorporate our products into their routines, every body reacts differently. If you are pregnant or think you might be, please consult your healthcare provider before using any of our products.
Are your products only for moms?
Not at all. While our products are designed with the needs of mothers' ever-changing bodies in mind, they support all aspects of womanhood and are available to anyone over the age of 18.
Where is Minnie manufactured?
Minnie is proudly formulated in Canada, while our Minnie Melts are manufactured in the United States at an FDA-certified facility. Additionally, our products are Health Canada certified, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Do your products contain additives or fillers?
No, our products are completely free of additives or fillers. They consist solely of a mixture of all-natural gentle acids, rich butters, vitamins, and nourishing oils.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
